Michael holds a Masters degree in Education from the University of California and a Masters degree in Educational Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University.

 

He is a recipient of the Student of the Year Award from the Chancellor in the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

 

He served as a Non-Commissioned Officer the United States Army as a Communications Specialist and Multimedia Director for the 16th Signal Battalion and was awarded the Army Achievement Medal.

 

He has a passion for Literature and History. By age 12 he was co-piloting a Cessna across the Swiss Alps and by age 18, he was traveling through the cobble-stone streets of Guadalajara investigating the mysterious mummies there. He was even caught swimming in the Caribbean Sea because he "wanted to know what the pirates saw."

 

When he is not teaching and studying, even more, History, you can catch him on Battle.net playing Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm and serving in his local church with the family.
